Learn the fundamentals of how to cover a cake with fondant in this hands-on afternoon class that will run on Saturday 25th November from 2.30 to 4.30pm. All tools and materials are provided for use in the class and student numbers are kept small for close tuition. Your place in class is confirmed on receipt of your €50 booking deposit with full payment due one week prior to the class date. Regrettably, the class fee is forfeit if you cancel your place less than 72 hours before the class start time, or fail to show up on the date booked. This is a two part workshop and refunds cannot be given for missed class.
