Fondant Rose Workshop

In this cake decorating class we’ll cover how to craft some beautiful and simple fondant roses and leaves in bright Autumnal colours. The two hour afternoon class will run from 2.30 to 4.30pm. Student numbers are kept small for close tuition and all tools and materials are provided for use in the class. Your place in class is confirmed on receipt of your €50 booking deposit. Full payment is due one week prior to the class date. Regrettably, the class fee is forfeit if you cancel your place less than 72 hours before the class time, or fail to show up on the date booked.
