In this floral buttercream piping class we’ll cover buttercream roses, ranunculus, leaves and blossom flowers. The afternoon class will run from 2.30 to 5.30pm and we’ll work on dummy cakes with all tools and materials provided for use in the class. Student numbers are kept small for close tuition. Your place in class is confirmed on receipt of your €50 booking deposit. Full payment is due one week prior to the class date. Regrettably, the class fee is forfeit if you cancel your place less than 72 hours before the class time, or fail to show up on the date booked.
